Multi-Line Davao holds Enculturation Seminar


Last May 5 to 7, 2010, Multi-Line Davao Inc.(MLDI), the subsidiary company of Multi-Line group, held its enculturation seminar for this year.


The Enculturation Seminar is a quarterly activity that aims to develop a company culture and provide orientation to newly-hired employees.

The seminar focuses on the Fuchsia Book, a manual that discusses the values and culture that serves as the philosoply of business in Multi-Line.

Old employees of MLDI also attended the seminar.  


 The two days event, which was held at the Conference room of Multi-line office at Matina Davao City, covered among others, the four(4)Corporate Values, the call to change our attitudes,
A call to change our culture in the company. 

Our PID/Engineering Manager, Mr. Glen Dagatan,discussed the company's background, its history and its organization.Glen also spoke on Article I which is about the formulation of our Corporate Values.

Other speakers were Efren Campilan and Sarah Jean Gavile who talked about the four (4) Corporate Values of the company, hardwork, commitment, expertise and high moral
values contained under article II.



On the 2nd day, our Birthday Celebrant and General Manager, Mr. Florian Remolino, gave his welcome remarks and brief history of how the Fuchsia Book was written.   He also acknowledge our Guest
Speaker from Multi-Line Building System, Mr. Efren Reyes Jr, who took the entire day to discuss Article III on paradigm shifting; and Article IV which is a call to change our culture. On the third day, Mr. Efren continues to discussed the Salesmanship and overcoming the barriers in
communication as an effective tool for selling.


The discussion of the various topics was made more interesting by  Mr. Efren Reyes Jr., he keeps the participants attentive, alive and inspired plus the updated slides done by the help of powerpoint presentation.





A total of 23 participants attended the seminar that was designed to instill the many exemplary values of the company, particularly, "To serve the customer, the Kind, better, faster, and at less cost."
