BodyBliss Spa at Matina Branch

I had the chance to try the bodybliss matina branch this afternoon, my therapist name is Rhea and i choose aromatherapy massage (combination already) good for 60minutes @ P200

Anyway, the massage experience is just averagely good, to think she really did d combination shiatsu,swedish,thai massage. But somehow it didn't actually provided me a full body relief from backaches and bodypains, i guess she did not make enough effort or simply she's not that well-trained massage therapist.

My rate is 5/10 with regards to massage and their customer service is poor as well because i was not given a "Customer is the King" experience at the time pumasok ako till lumabas na ako. They don't have overflowing herbal tea, or even at least to offer me a cold water to drink before and after. Obviously they only have wall curtains and i'm not comfortable sa ambiance and kulang sa privacy, pwd masilipan. Their receptionist is also not well presentable, you guess why? because yung nagbayad na ako, yung receptionist is parang not in the uniform attire and parang tagalinis lng nila na temporary ginawang receptionist, di ko maintindihan kung receptionist ba siya dun kac naka jersey shirt and shorts lng na tomboy ba yun. Sana man lng kahit not peak hour kasi hapon nung pumunta ako, may maganda namang service pati sa reception area. Mukha tuloy not professional ang dating.

My total evaluation is just an ordinary average level na spa. Hoping next time maisipan ko bumalik(yan kung babalik pa ako ulit) your establishment would somehow improve your customer service including your therapist, sana well trained na.
